Children’s Yoga

Tuesdays in May 1, 8, 16 & 22  with Julie Whitescarver

Introduce the little ones in your life to the joys of yoga and mindfulness with this fun, playful class led by fun, playful Julie.

Unwind with Jan Stein

Tuesdays at 5:30-6:45pm and Saturdays 9:00-10:15am beginning in May

Jan brings us not just one, but TWO weekly feel-good classes that are suitable for all levels. Spend your Saturday morning with a mix of strong standing postures and soothing restorative poses. Or stop by Tuesday evening to bliss out and let all that tension unwind.

Taylor Harkness: Slow + Skillful Workshop

May 18-20, 2018

Taylor is a paramedic turned yoga teacher with upbeat, accessible, smart yoga classes & workshops bent on moving people both on and off the mat with skillful action, an open heart, and gratitude. An avid rock climber, yogi, rookie sky diver, hungry learner, and paramedic- he applies his adventurous experiences of life to his teachings of accessible asana and philosophy and to keeping it real in the classroom.

About this workshop: This series is aimed at slowing down your practice and creating skill within various layers—not pushing, not straining, but instead growing in confidence, control and mindfulness. Leave feeling more connected to your own abilities with a stronger appreciation for your own circuitry, anatomy and space between.

Private Yoga

Join one of our amazing, experienced instructors in a one-on-one or small group setting for a private class tailored just to you. They can do it all. Here are just a few things we do for our clients: help you tailor a personal practice to an injury or medical condition; lead a guided meditation and restorative asana practice; get you out of your house and your head with a sweaty vinyasa flow that pushes you just far enough; lead a private family yoga class for adults and kids; provide a safe, positive introduction to yoga for someone who’s never tried it before; start a girls’ weekend off right with a private class followed by spa treatments. Whatever you’re looking for in yoga, chances are we can provide it.
