Shanti Yoga School offers six workshops repeated every six months: 1) Ethics, History & Philosophy, 2) Anatomy & Physiology 3) Asana 4) Pranayama 5) Meditation 6) Teaching. All provide credit for Shanti Yoga certification & are included in tuition. Others may also attend & receive continuing education units by paying a fee. Shanti Yoga classes held in Boise & McCall reinforce the monthly topic (e.g. April weekly classes focus on Meditation & Pranayama). Check shantiyogastudio.org for updates, pricing & details. Workshops not included in the Shanti Yoga School tuition are indicated with an asterisk & are 30% o!. Most full weekends provide 15 - 20 contact hrs.

As one of the youngest and most widely recognized faces in yoga, Kathryn Budig's appetite for yoga is infectious. Kathryn's playful mixture of challenging classes with her lovable personality is the recipe for a truly inspiring class.

Join her here in McCall, Idaho at beautiful Shanti Yoga Studio. Full weekend (four sessions $135 or $40 per session if registered by June 20, 2012.) After June 20, single sessions are $50 each, and the full workshop is $175. This workshop is open to yogis of all levels but space will be limited to avoid overcrowding.
