Strong Flow

6:00-7:00pm.

Tune in, tone up, strengthen and lengthen with this class aimed to build heat, muscle tone and flexibility. Hilary Lempit will guide you through poses accessible for all levels; whether you’re looking for a challenge or just beginning a stronger yoga practice.
