Using Carl Jung’s mythic map of The Hero’s Journey in conjunction with Advanced Liquid Asana Vinyasa journeys, live music, mindfulness meditations, and creative process work, you will cultivate invaluable tools to answer the call of your own badass human adventure. All workshops will include a strong asana practice, mindfulness meditation, journaling and creative process exercises, responding to specific power questions to gain clarity around YOUR call to adventure and particular stages of the journey.
